What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each of our charters is accompanied by an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. The exact inclusions depend on the package — for example, sunset trips feature upscale snacks and premium drinks, while business cruises provide meeting spaces and professional catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks prior to your intended date, particularly in the high season from May to September. For corporate functions and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is advised to secure your preferred date and to allow time for personalized arrangements.
What is the protocol for bad weather?
Our highest concern is safety. We will propose an alternate booking date or issue a complete refund if the weather is considered hazardous by our captain. We keep a close watch on meteorological forecasts and will reach out to you if the forecast for your trip looks uncertain 24 hours beforehand.
May I bring my own snacks and drinks?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own consumables. Nonetheless, we also provide exceptional catering services with customizable menu options. For safety reasons, please be aware that we do not permit glass containers on the yacht.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
Our aim is to welcome all guests aboard. Some of our boats are more accessible than others. Let us know about any specific requirements during reservation so we can suggest the appropriate vessel and make necessary preparations.
What is your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made over 72 hours in advance of the departure time, a full reimbursement is provided. A 50% refund is given to cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, unless it's because of unsuitable weather or mechanical failures on our part.
